Our Route
From the warm kitchens of Thailand to the bustling streets of the UK, our family’s journey began with a passion for authentic Thai cooking. For over a decade, we worked as chefs in Thai restaurants, perfecting recipes passed down through generations — always with heart, soul, and a deep respect for tradition.
Driven by a dream to share the real taste of Thailand with our new home in the UK, we decided to create something of our own: a place where people could experience not just the flavors of Thai cuisine, but also the warmth of Thai hospitality.
And so, Thai Route was born.
The name reflects our journey — the “route” we took from our roots in Thailand to building a new life here through food. It’s also a tribute to the countless delicious routes within Thai cuisine itself: spicy, sour, sweet, and everything in between.
